Baguette and whipped caramelized apple butter,

fennel béchamel cream sauce, baby scallops, shrimp, haddock, mussels, salmon and chives.

Wrapped in pickled cucumber;

Mixed greens, toasted cashew crumble, fresh raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and lemon infused goat cheese.

Beef Wellington

4oz tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto and puff pastry, mushroom duxelle and smoked Gorgonzola cheese, roasted herb mashed potatoes, vegetable bundle wrapped in leek, red wine demi.

Oven-baked salmon, roasted garlic fingerling potatoes, vegetable bundle wrapped in leek, tarragon coconut cream sauce.

G Street Band starts at 8pm, playing classic and current jazz throughout dinner, covering everything from Sinatra to Gaga. After 10pm the band turns up the volume...the evening moves into a dance party as we inch closer to 2023! After midnight, DJ Chris Matheson takes over and spins all the classic and current dance hits you love.
